It’s a well-known saying: Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.

A study out of the University of Alabama has found that following this advice could help you lose weight and improve your cardiovascular health. 

But is it sustainable to give up midnight snacks and dinners with friends?
