2 cups lotus seeds
2 tsp ghee
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp sugar
1/8 turmeric powder
¼ tsp Kashmiri chili powder
Heat a thick bottomed pan
Add ghee, curry leaves and lotus seeds
Roast for 6- 8 minutes until they turn crispy
Into it add salt, sugar, turmeric powder and chili powder
Mix well for at least 2 minutes
After the lotus seeds have cooled down, store in air tight containers
