Easy Morning Stretches to Power Your Day

Getting the oxygen to flow
through your muscles to give you that energy
you need for the day. Working your legs. It's your energy flowing
through the body with the great muscles of
your hips, thighs and buttocks. That's it! Stretch!
Taller! You got it! And a wonderful stretch for the upper back
and shoulders. And release. And there you have it. A wonderful way
to start your day with the AM Stretch. And I challenge you
to try this each and every morning
for seven days straight and you will feel so good.
